HNC Construction Management

• BTEC Level 3 Construction or other related Level 3 qualification
• GCE Advanced Level with GSCE in Maths and English at C/4 (equivalent qualifications to GCSE in English and Maths will be considered)
• International equivalent to the above qualifications
• Work experience

Upon successful completion of this degree, you will receive a Pearson BTEC Level 4 HNC in Construction Management (awarded by NCG).

• Construction Design Project
• The Construction Environment
• Surveying
• Measuring and Setting-out
• Site Supervisions and Operations
• Legal and Statutory Requirements in Construction
• Financial Management & Business Practices in Construction

The course will be delivered at the Green Technology Centre one day per week.

• Assignments
• Presentations

You will have the chance to complete work experience with a Site Supervisor / Trainee Site Manager.

Upon successful completion of this degree, you could progress to study a HND or Degree Programme.
