More about the course

Our Higher National Certificate in Construction Management will give you the skills, knowledge and understanding you need to achieve high performance in the international construction environment.

The qualification will develop you as a professional, self-reflecting individual able to meet the demands of employers in the construction sector.

Entry requirements:

BTEC Level 3 Construction or other related Level 3 qualification
GCE Advanced Level with GSCE in Maths and English at C/4 (equivalent qualifications to GCSE in English and Maths will be considered)
International equivalent to the above qualifications
Work experience

What will I achieve?

Upon successful completion of this degree, you will receive a Pearson BTEC Level 4 HNC in Construction Management (awarded by NCG).

Green Technology Centre Manager

As a dedicated Site Manager, I oversee the centre's daily operations and support learners in their journey toward achieving their qualifications. My responsibilities include managing four departments: Motor Vehicle, Vehicle Respraying, Bricklaying, and Property Maintenance Operations, offering qualifications ranging from Level 1 to Level 3, as well as apprenticeship programs in these areas. With a background as a fully qualified motor mechanic and vehicle respraying tutor for eight years, I bring hands-on expertise to my role in management.
