Employer Engagement OfficerAs an Employer Engagement Officer, I engage with employers to provide information on apprenticeships, work experience, short courses and curriculum link projects. By working closely with employers, my main aim is to help them recruit the right person to work within their team.

Apprentice Engagement OfficerWorking within the apprenticeship team for the past five years has given me a real insight into the tools needed to complete an apprenticeship and the effect that good support and communication can have on current and new students. My current role as Apprenticeship Lead allows me to guide and assist students through every aspect of their journey with us, which I am most passionate about.

Job Coach – Supported InternsAs a Job Coach, my primary role is to support and guide interns through their development in the workplace, helping them to transition from an education setting into employment. Identifying every learners interests, strengths, career goals and aspirations and engaging with businesses to source a suitable work placement for their internship. Providing support to help the interns settle into their work placement, perform regular check-ins, performance reviews, set appropriate goals and personal development plans to help them to achieve the best outcome following the programme.
