Using Digital Devices and Handling Information
- You will gain a fundamental understanding of digital hardware and software, including operating systems and commonly used applications. The curriculum focuses on developing the ability to manage and store information effectively, as well as identifying and resolving basic technical issues.
Creating and Editing Digital Content
- Starting with the creation and editing of text documents, you will progress to handling various digital media types such as images, audio files, and videos. The programme emphasizes the use of applications to enhance and format content, tailoring information for diverse purposes and audiences.
Communicating in the Digital World
- You will become proficient in the essentials of electronic communication, including email and video conferencing tools. You will learn to utilize digital communication platforms effectively, adapting your communication styles to suit different contexts and audiences.
Transacting Online

Lecturer - ITI’m an IT and Digital Lecturer with over 20 years of experience across both industry and education. I teach T Level Digital, BTEC and Level 2 to 3 courses, covering areas like programming, cybersecurity, networking and game design. I focus on creating engaging, inclusive lessons that build real world skills and confidence. By bringing in industry experience from my time as a Network Engineer and Analyst, I make sure students are working on relevant, practical projects that prepare them for what comes next. I’m proud to support learners in progressing to university, apprenticeships and skilled careers, while also helping shape a digital curriculum that reflects current industry needs.
