This Leadership and Management Skills Bootcamp is designed to provide a solid foundation in leadership and management skills, focusing on essential leadership traits, promoting a positive work culture, fostering diversity, improving communication, and enhancing team productivity for those aspiring leaders already employed.

Entry requirements:
You will need to be aged 19 or older.
What will I achieve?
You will achieve solid foundation in leadership and management skills, focusing on essential leadership traits, promoting a positive work culture, fostering diversity, improving communication, and enhancing team productivity for those aspiring leaders already employed.
What will I learn?
The leadership bootcamp covers key aspects of leadership development over ten weeks. It starts with defining effective leadership and understanding leadership styles, followed by exploring equality, diversity, and communication skills. The later weeks focus on team productivity, coaching, conflict resolution, fostering a positive team culture, and conclude with personal reflection and goal-setting for future leadership growth.

Job Coach – Supported InternsAs a Job Coach, my primary role is to support and guide interns through their development in the workplace, helping them to transition from an education setting into employment. Identifying every learners interests, strengths, career goals and aspirations and engaging with businesses to source a suitable work placement for their internship. Providing support to help the interns settle into their work placement, perform regular check-ins, performance reviews, set appropriate goals and personal development plans to help them to achieve the best outcome following the programme.
