Omari Allwood

Kidderminster College is proud to celebrate a major milestone for student and footballer Omari Allwood, who has been selected to attend a Jamaica U20 national team training camp this month.

Omari, who is currently in his second year on the College’s full-time football programme, has continued to impress through his performances with Kidderminster Harriers. Having represented the club at both U18 and U19 level, his development has also seen him training regularly with the First Team, underlining the progress he has made both academically and on the pitch.

The call-up to the Jamaican national setup marks an exciting step in Omari’s football journey and reflects his dedication, consistency, and growing reputation within the game. He travelled to Jamaica earlier this month to join the squad and is expected to return on 18 January 2026.

Head of Football Relations, Kevin Bunn, and the wider College team have praised Omari’s achievement as an example of what students can accomplish through commitment and the opportunities available within the College’s sports programmes.
