This week, students from Kidderminster College attended an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion workshop at Lewisham College.
The workshop was delivered by Unloc and allowed students from Kidderminster, Carlisle, Southwark, and Lewisham Colleges to collaborate and work together.
Samantha Brighton, Art and Design student, said “I enjoyed looking around a different college and meeting new people. The other students were really nice, and we made friends quickly. I learned a lot about treating people equally and respecting diversity. Also, I learned about discrimination against race or disability”.
Students will also head to Newcastle at the start of March for a Mental Health workshop with students from across our NCG colleges.1
