A heart-warming musical event brought joy and entertainment to our community last Thursday afternoon at the Kidderminster & District Youth Trust.

Organised by Elaine Kirby from Wheely Different, a dedicated advocate for community engagement and support for adults with learning and physical disabilities, the event featured a group of Kidderminster College music students who delivered a memorable performance.

The highlight of the event was a performance by a group of our students, who showcased their musical talents by playing a selection of eight songs. In addition, the audience was treated to two captivating flute pieces by Lewis Rothery.

Music tutor Phil Wyard said: “It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the music and having a great time. The students did an amazing job, and it’s events like these that bring the community together. We have now forged a fantastic link with the Wheely Different and the Kidderminster & District Youth Trust that will grow.”
