Let’s talk about Mens Mental Health 02/11/2020

Throughout the month of November charities and mental health foundations focus on men’s mental health. November is also the month where the Movember movement takes place, an annual event involving the growing of moustaches to raise awareness of men’s health issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men’s suicide.

One of the key areas of Movember involves men’s health, both physical and mental health. Although the latter subject is often not widely spoken about, it is still an important topic.  “Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are facing a health crisis, yet it’s rarely talked about. Men are dying too young. We can’t afford to stay silent”.
