Time spent at Kidderminster College: 23 years

I have had various roles at Kidderminster College including Work Experience Job Coach and Apprenticeship Claims Co-ordinator in which I was responsible for data and compliance checks.  My current role as Employer Engagement Officer is to engage with employers to provide information on apprenticeships, traineeships, work experience, training courses and curriculum links.  My aim, by working closely with employers, is to help them find the right person to work within their team.
