Job Title: Apprenticeship Lead

Qualifications: BA(Hons) Political Science and Geography, Level 3 Advice and Guidance, Level 3 Safeguarding Children in England.

Time spent at Kidderminster College: 4 years

Working within the apprenticeship team for the past 4 years has given me a real insight into the tools needed to complete an apprenticeship and the effect that good support and communication can have on both current and new students. My current role as Apprenticeship Lead allows me to guide and assist students through every aspect of their journey with us of which I am most passionate about.
