Apprenticeship Description

Safeline Environmental is a customer centric licensed asbestos removal contractor. We are looking to grow and need to add to our administration departments and sales department to enable this growth.

What you will do in your working day

• Maintenance of the Operations diary.
• Monitoring and implementation of requests from clients' and their stakeholders.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure the clients' and their stakeholders' needs are met. 
• Covering administrative tasks whilst team members are out of the office. 
• Liaising with clients and their stakeholders to organise convenient dates for works to be undertaken via email and telephone etc.
• Resolving queries from clients and their stakeholders.
• Working as part of a team. 
• General administration to include generation of project.
• Completion Files, Certificates of Reoccupation and also critical paperwork. 

The training you will be getting 

• You will be required to attend Kidderminster College on day a week to achieve your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. 

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

• The role is designed to train a key member of the team to have a role at the end of the apprenticeship term. 

Working week 

• Monday - Friday 8:30am till 5pm, with a half hour unpaid lunch break. 
• Total hours per week: 40

• GCSE or equivalent maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) Essential

Things to consider

We will offer training as and when necessary including asbestos awareness training.
