New Starter Info

We’re gearing up to welcome you for your first class in September, but before that, we need a bit of info from you, to meet you properly and to show you around KC!

It’s been a strange year hasn’t it? We know some of you haven’t been able to make it into the building, so we want to change that. We also need to issue you with your ID badges, get your official exam results off you and get all your information confirmed on our system! (As you can tell, it never stops here at KC!)

We do this in three parts over the summer; these parts are:

Part 1. Online Enrolment -- Part 2. KIT Days -- Part 3. Onboarding

We need to get you all up and running on our system; all the information you give us is really important, it helps us work out registers, timetables and it officially gets you on your chosen course!

It’s time to look out for an email from us, we’ll be emailing you between the 19th and the 23rd July which will have our Online Enrolment link in it. Give it a click, fill out the details and then hit submit. Easy as pie. Don’t panic is you have any issues, you can drop our Admissions Team an email on

If you’re joining us to do Access To HE (Health Care Professional) your tutor will be in touch with you; your enrolment and onboarding process takes place late August/early September, so don’t panic!

It’s time for your picture! You’ll be coming back in on the below dates for the last checks! You’ll need to bring your ID and exam results with you so that we can update our systems. This will also be the time when we grab your picture for your ID card.

KC have security barriers on all entrances and exits to the main campus, so once we’ve got your photo, we’ll be updating your ID card to let you into the building! This will be available to pick up from The Point on your first day with us in September.
