KC Working from Home Mindset Tips – Part 1 15/04/2020

Three weeks in and we’re all starting to feel the strain of lockdown in some way or another. It’s disrupted our routines, our contact and our sense of normality. 

But that’s okay, because we’re all in this together.

Head of MAS Records, Scott Garrett, teamed up with our resident Trainee Health Psychologist Ellen to offer some tips on how to get into that working from home mindset and how to look after your mental health alongside this new change and disruption of daily structure.  

So pop the kettle on, get comfy and enjoy!
