Last week we posted Part 1 of our Working From Home Mindset Tips, and now here is Part 2!

Staying positive through lockdown is essential…and at sometimes, very hard; what with the media, the inability to go outside when we want and being away from loved ones. We’re all having to set up entirely new routines and structure to our lives and that can have an effect on how we feel mentally.

 Make sure you watch the video in full to pick up some key advice on how to look after your mental health!
