Make a booklet all about YOU. (You can complete this in a format of your own choice but you might consider a Word or a PowerPoint document). Include any written information and include images/pictures if you want.

You might want to include:

• Your interests / hobbies
• Things you are good at / things you would like to improve on
• Your family
• Any experience you have of looking after or caring for someone
• What job / career you would like to have
• What skills and qualities would you need for your chosen job / career (this could relate to health and social care OR childcare)
