FILL OUT THE FORM

Our New Admissions system makes applying for your place at #TeamKC a pretty slick process.

Once you’ve pressed APPLY, you’ll be taken to one of the below screens – depending on what device you’re using! This will allow you to create your own personal log in, so if you forget to pop in any information, you can come back at a later date to do so!

You’ll be asked to input the course of your choice and then fill out your details. We’ll ask for your predicted grades, important information like whether you require learner support, and we’ll need you to include the name and contact details of your next of kin.

If you can fill out as much as possible and double check all phone numbers and email spellings, that would be great, we don’t want to be sending your interview invite or text reminders to the wrong email address or number!

APPLICATION CONFIRMED!

Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll get an email confirmation from our Admissions Team that it’s been received (see why we need you to make sure your email is correct?) and we will begin processing it!

Now, sit back and relax, our Admissions Team will be in contact via email and text message within two weeks to confirm your interview slot, so make sure you’re checking your spam in case it sneaks into there!

CONFIRM THAT INTERVIEW

Due to the current government lockdown, our interview process has had to change a tiny bit. But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to secure your place with us!

DURING LOCKDOWN:-

Within two weeks of your application, you’ll receive a time slot for a telephone interview; our tutors will be calling you and asking exactly what they would normally during a face to face interview.

Our Admissions Team will now send out an email confirming your application, and giving you the time your telephone interview will take place, make sure you read this email carefully as some of our courses require you to complete tasks prior to having a chat with our tutors.

Once you’ve received notification of your allotted time, we’re going to need you to reply back to our Admissions Team to confirm your slot. Please make sure you email back with your NAME, COURSE, DATE OF BIRTH and THE BEST CONTACT NUMBER to get you on, we’re currently processing a lot of interview confirmations, so if you’re email doesn’t have this information on it, it may take us a bit longer to get to.

Once you’ve given the Admissions Team this info, set a reminder in your phone, get working on that task and remember if you see a ‘Withheld Number’ calling you, it’s quite possibly your interviewer!

AFTER YOUR INTERVIEW

After you’ve spoken to the subject tutor and they’ve verbally offered you a place, it’s time to get it all in writing and confirmed!
