CONGRATULATIONS!

So you’ve done the nerve-racking bit; you’ve nailed your interview, you’ve been offered at place at #TeamKC and you want to accept! First and foremost, CONGRATULATIONS, WE CAN’T WAIT TO MEET YOU! Secondly, we need a few more bits and pieces from you so we can make it all official:

1.

Once your interview is finished, and if the tutor offers you a conditional or unconditional place, you’ll be able to accept straight away by telling them!

But don’t feel any pressure to accept right away, you can go away and think about it!

The tutor will  then forward you a Confirmation Form.

2.

Check your emails (and that spam folder). You should have a Microsoft Word document land in your inbox; open this up…

…because we’re all on lockdown at the moment, we’re going to need to you DIGITALLY SIGN your acceptance…which is easier than it sounds, simply type your name where indicated and BINGO! One confirmation form signed. Now hit save. Because we’re going to need this for the next step…

4.

Now you’ve digitally signed the document and saved it, you can either:

• Email to: admissions@kidderminster.ac.uk,
• If it’s being stubborn and not saving, take a picture of it on your phone and ping it as an email to our Admissions Team.
• You can also print off the offer confirmation letter, if you’ve got a printer, sign it and then scan it in or take a pic of it that way!

PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR EMAIL:

• Your name
• Your course
• Your date of birth

Admissions will need this in order to get you confirmed on the system.

SUCCESS!

Admissions will now update their system and have you down as a confirmed member of #TeamKC! Woo!
