The MAS Records Artist Development is a flagship programme that combines expert music industry knowledge and experience with conventional training and education to provide emerging artists a bridge into the wider industry. By bringing together industry and education in this unique way, we have helped each of our artists to forge their own career in music.
With industry-standard recording studios and rehearsal centres across the country, and a team of experienced and talented mentors; our artists are able to hone the skills needed to facilitate their creativity, and we are here to support them every step of the way.
An intensive hands-on-experience which will see you writing, playing, producing, recording, developing, performing, managing, and promoting your own original music under the careful eye of our industry professionals.
This initiative is led by you, the artist. You take the lead, you set out your ambitions, and you set your own goals; with your own inspiration and creativity marking the path along the way

There are no formal requirements for this course, you just need a talent or a passion for music!
PLEASE NOTE: Once your application has been received, you will be required to attend an audition and an interview
This course is avaliable as both a Level 2 and Level 3 Extended qualification; our tutors will be able to let you know which level will be the right one for you on interview!

The course is delivered over four days in the week plus performances at local venues and festivals
This study programme will be taught for 15 hours, over four days during the week, plus tutorial time and performances.

Students are responsible for their own instruments and associated hardware/leads/cables etc.
Microphones are provided in the performance and rehearsal rooms, however, we strongly advise that vocalists purchase their own microphone and mic cables. Staff will be able to advise and recommend purchases on the course starts.
