2391-52: Combined Initial Verification and Periodic Inspection and Testing. Intended for experienced electricians who have never gained formal qualifications in inspection and testing or who may wish to update and reaffirm their skills.
This course is suitable if you wish to meet the requirements of
The National Inspection Council (or similar) for Electrical Installation Contracting for inspection, testing and certification of electrical installations.
The course focuses on the methods of Inspection and Testing of electrical installations and the necessary recording documentation.
Ideally a L3 Electrical Qualification (2365, 2330, 2360) and an up to date qualification to BS7671, (or equivalents).
It allows candidates to progress into employment or to the following City & Guilds qualifications: • Level 4 Award in the Design and Verification of Electrical Installations (2396)
ILM management and leadership qualifications.
