The HND in Creative Music Technology is a highly practical course that covers all aspects of music production and technology, including music production, sequencing, composition, music industry, studio recording, mixing and mastering, sound design and sampling techniques.
The course offers you the opportunity to learn about the technical side of the music industry. You will focus on all aspects of music composition and audio production while working on creative projects, which will help you gain the required skills for your chosen career path.

Many of our students progress on to our new Level 6 BA (Hons) Creative Industries Top-Up degree.

Pearson BTEC Higher National Diploma in Music (Production Pathway)
This programme is delivered solely at Kidderminster College across 3 days.
You must complete all Units over the 2-year programme in order to achieve the full HND qualification.
Module assessment is carried out in a variety of ways, including practical assessment, written essays and presentations.
