Computing with Programming & App Development Diploma – Level 3

  • What are the entry requirements?

    In order to be considered for this course, you must have:-

    • 4 x GCSE's at grade 4 (formerly C) or above, including Maths and English
    • An understanding of computers and technology
    • The ability to problem solve with creativity

  • What qualifications will be gained?

    Year 1 - Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Foundation Diploma in Computing

    Year 2 - Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Computing

    Classes generally run between 9am-5pm but may vary.

    Timetables will be given to all students during enrolment and induction week.

  • How will I be assessed?

    Assessments for this Level 3 Diploma will be after each unit and via:

    • Coursework
    • Externally assessed projects/assessments 

    You will be awarded a Pass/Merit or Distinction for each completed Unit. Once all units are complete, you will receive an overall grade for the course
