Tom Newberry (TJ) who studied Motor Vehicle Level 1 here at #TEAMKC, used the knowledge he gained from studying here to springboard into an apprenticeship with a local firm!
The Level 1 Diploma in Transport Maintenance course gave Tom a good understanding of the skills and knowledge required to work in a motor vehicle workshop. Taking the Light Vehicle route, Tom was able to have the flexibility to develop his knowledge and skills across a variety of specialist areas
Chris Page, tutor had this to say:- “Tom has worked extremely hard during his time at Kidderminster College towards his level 1 Motor Vehicle Diploma. His continued enthusiasm and practical ability has resulted in him being offered an apprenticeship with a local coach and heavy goods vehicle company as a trainee mechanic, a position he thoroughly deserves.”
