You will provide valuable office administration support to their team.

The primary role will be to deliver excellent customer service, through:

  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Liaising with clients and answering queries
  • Dealing with adviser / case administration
  • Updating the back-office system
  • Checking data for accuracy and inputting data
  • Producing reports
  • Helping with compliance
  • Helping with marketing
  • Assisting in reviewing the company’s customer service procedures, delivery and overall effectiveness and implementing any relevant changes
