You will provide office support to a team of financial advisers. This will involve dealing with customers to ensure they receive the best possible service, as well as dealing with mortgage lenders, product providers and solicitors. For the successful candidate it could lead to a full-time career as a financial adviser.

What will the apprentice be doing?

The role will entail:

• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
• Liaising with advisers, lenders and providers
• Dealing with adviser case administration
• Updating back-office systems
• Helping with compliance on cases
• Helping with marketing

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

One day a week at Kidderminster College to achieve the Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The successful candidate will have the future opportunity to be put through financial services qualifications.

Annual wage – £7,800.00
