This is a great opportunity for a ‘real people person’ to develop new skills and confidence within a very supportive and friendly team.

You will also be assisting with the smooth running of the front office and reception. You will be answering calls and dealing with a range of incoming enquiries both face to face and over the phone. Daily duties will include:

  • Handling all enquires by telephone and email
  • Assisting with administration processes
  • Dealing with different clients and referring them where necessary
  • Filtering incoming calls
  • Liaising with other staff and management
