Do you have excellent numerical skills and are looking for a fulfilling professional career path?  An Apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn and provide you with a route into the accounting industry. You will be employed as an apprentice, building up the required knowledge and skills needed to become a vital member of the team. You will work towards a nationally recognised professional AAT accounting qualification which will let future employers know you have been trained in the skills they need.

Our Advanced Level Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship covers accounting disciplines including financial processes, advanced bookkeeping, final accounts and ethical practices for accountants.

LEVELS OFFERED

Advanced (Level 3)

DURATION

The Advanced Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship lasts 18 months.

The Higher Professional Accountant Apprenticeship lasts 24 months.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Advanced

The Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship, GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in maths & English or equivalent are essential.

DELIVERY METHOD

Day release during term time only.

Apprentices will be required to build a portfolio of evidence.

Apprentices will have to meet the requirements of an End Point Assessment.

Upon completion of your Apprenticeship, you may wish to progress from Level 3 to Level 4.
