Introducing our new staff
We have two new team members who will be running our ILM Programmes - Mario Atkinson and Jon Williams.

Mario is highly experienced in providing management and team leading training in the public sector. Delegates on his courses are encouraged to be interactive, using their own experiences to augment their learning.

Jon has been delivering training for Kidderminster College for the last 5 years and has worked as a trainer for more than fifteen years. He works in both the public and private sectors delivering a wide range of management and personal development training. His dynamic and interactive training style is always very well received by our delegates.

To help employers, Kidderminster College has a dedicated Business Unit, with professional trainers who are familiar with the needs of businesses and can tailor training packages to suit the requirements of your company.

Launching our new Leadership and Management Programme
Around 4.5 million people in the UK have significant management responsibilities but less than a quarter of these hold a management related qualification. Reports continue to show deficiencies in the level of management skills, and that these are most likely to be evident in lower and middle management.

The Business Unit can offer comprehensive training for team leaders and managers. We are an Accredited Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Centre and offer their well respected team leading and management qualifications.
