To help employers, Kidderminster College has a dedicated Business Unit, with professional trainers who are familiar with the needs of businesses and can tailor training packages to suit the requirements of your company.

Sourcing Funding

We also have a variety of resources available to help employers meet the challenge of recruiting, training and developing staff.
Funding is available through the Business Unit to train existing staff who do not have a full Level 2 qualification, to provide assistance with Level 3 qualifications and to help with literacy and numeracy needs in the workforce.
