Leadership and Motivation
A one day course for new managers and supervisors to introduce the basic concepts of Leadership and Motivation. There will be workshops to discuss theory and provide an opportunity to put that theory into context, developing a "Best Practice" guide for managing people. This one day course can be run specifically for companies and also runs as part of our programme.

Team Building
This one day course will help delegates to understand: why teams work well together and why they don't; what barriers there are to success; and how to put a practical context on team roles, shared goals and building trust. This course is effective when run specifically for individual companies to help and create effective working teams.

Management Development with the Institute of Leadership and Management
The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) is a premier body with experience in the field of leadership and management in the UK and internationally.
As an accredited ILM centre, the Business Unit at Kidderminster College can work with companies to develop awards endorsed by the ILM, known as Management Development Awards.

These awards have been specifically designed to build management and leadership capability in the most flexible way by offering opportunities for ILM recognition to participants on tailor-made leadership and/or management programmes.

We are also able to deliver a wide range of ICM and LCCI management qualifications, including taught certificate programmes and NVQs in both Team Leading and First Line Management.
