It is really important you attend College on the days scheduled in your timetable. It is an expectation that you attend regularly and so this is monitored. The Learning Agreement you sign outlines these expectations.

At College we have a Tracking Officer whose role is to ensure that you are attending. If you don’t attend you will be contacted to discuss the reasons for non-attendance. In some instances, we may need to inform your parents/guardians if absence persists.

Obviously we try to help and if your absence is because you are not enjoying your course or may have problems or concerns outside of college we will try and help. It is important you speak to a member of staff, your tutor, the Tracking Officer or counsellor if this is affecting your attendance.
