The music industry demands
a large, professionally skilled workforce. This
course aims to help students obtain a flexible,
vocationally relevant suite of popular music qualifications
to develop the skills, knowledge and attitude
required to carve a successful career within today’s
rewarding yet competitive music industry. Students
will be able to benefit from experienced tutors
who have already achieved in the industry, such
as course leader Kevin Gammond who, with ex-Led
Zeppelin front man Robert Plant, has a successful
career that spans decades.

Jobs and Careers
A variety of career opportunities exist within
the growing worldwide marketing and distribution
systems on which the entertainment industry relies.
Specific roles include the management of artists,
the management of a record company, tour production,
record distribution and music journalism.

Successful completion
could allow you to progress onto these courses:
Higher level courses in music management and related
fields, including Higher National Diploma or BA
(Hons) Degree courses in Music Industry Management.
