| Aims
of the Course
The Diploma in Hair &
Beauty is for anyone wishing to develop a greater
understanding of this exciting and dynamic industry,
and the opportunities it can open up to you –
from salon work, to fashion and television or
even starting up your own business.
The course is designed to enable you to make informed
choices through experiential learning. You will
explore a range of careers and occupations across
the sector.
The skills and attitudes that you will achieve
will be transferable to any chosen career pathway.
A Diploma will not provide you with a ‘salon
ready’ qualification, but it will give you
the chance to explore and develop the skills you
need to succeed in work, study and life..
