To determine the educational character and
mission of the College with particular emphasis
on developing targets that ensure the College
meets nationally set benchmarks.
• To contribute to the strategic development
of the College.
• To ensure the financial solvency
of the College.
• To approve the annual budget and
three year financial forecast.
• To appoint and determine the pay
of senior post holders.
• To set the framework for the pay
and other conditions of service for all
staff.
• To develop links with students and
staff which contribute to making the College
more effective.
