At internet service provider Namesco, customer care is everything. Quality means doing it right from the beginning, with the correct training for customer support teams being paramount.
Their teams have to be effective communicators. The Business Unit were able to assist with NVQ Training in Customer Service and a tailored training programme which comprised two day courses on Telephone Techniques and Customer Care.
