Apprenticeships - Funded Training
An apprenticeship is based around
a framework that also includes an NVQ. Depending on the
age and experience of the apprentice, they will be able
to extend their knowledge with a technical certificate such
as a City and Guilds, and Key Skills (including communication,
numeracy and IT) where appropriate.
Who is eligible?
Apprenticeship training is available
for existing employees, or if you want to recruit a young
person, you can simply register details of your vacancy
with us and we will pre select applicants for you to interview.
What help is available?
We have a specialist team of Work
Based Learning Co-ordinators dedicated to the training of
young people, who can provide FREE assistance to you for:
Recruitment Needs
Training Advice
Monitoring and progress reviews of current apprenticeships
Providing pre-assessed and interviewed apprentices to fill
your vacancies.
