Course Content
To prepare learners for progression to Higher Education, specialised drama schools and/or careers in the Performing Arts. 18 units including:
- Performance Workshops
- Devising Theatre
- Vocal Skills
- Acting Techniques
- Script Writing
- Performing Arts Professional Practice plus other additional specialised options
Jobs and Careers
Professional performance on stage, screen, radio and television, touring theatre, roles in musical theatre, theatre administration/promotion.

| Progression routes: | Could allow you to progress onto Higher Education courses in performance, teaching, drama therapy. Specialist courses in drama schools and colleges of performing arts. |
| Duration: | Two years full-time |
| Entry requirements: | 4 GCSEs at level C or above or equivalent. Learners with good practical skills will also be considered. |
| Interview required: | Yes. Informal interview and exploration of abilities and an audition. All audition pieces must be at least 1 minute and 30 seconds long and from a published play. |

| Additional costs / materials required: | Yes, for visits and trips.Unrestricted clothing and comfortable shoes for rehearsal classes. |
