Course Content
The course will assist learners in developing a range of high level skills, which will prepare learners for a diverse range of careers within this sector. Learners will develop the necessary skills to design and execute interactive games solutions. It will also provide a good understanding of the Games and Media industry. Learners will be able to achieve an Extended Diploma which is equivalent to 3 A-Levels and typically covers the following topic areas:
- Games Design
- Digital Graphics
- 3D Modelling
- Games Platforms & Technologies
- Understanding the Media
- 3D Animation
- 3D Environments
- Computer Game Story Development
- Working to a brief
- The Computer Games Industry
