Course Content
The course will assist learners in developing a range of high level skills, which focus on skills needed within the computing sector specialising in networking and system support. Learners will be able to achieve a Diploma which is equivalent to 2 A’Levels and typically covers the following topic areas:
- Computer systems
- Information systems
- Computer networks
- Managing networks
- Network systems security
- Communication echnologies
- IT technical support
- Organisational systems security
- Maintaining computing systems
- Installing and upgrading software
- IT system troubleshooting and repair
