These courses are ideal for anyone wishing to pursue a career in the Art & Design field. Kidderminster College vocational art and design programmes are offered across a range of disciplines, including fine art, 3D, graphic design, textiles and photography. The will allow you to explore your creativity, learn new techniques and specialise in an area of your choice.

Level 1 Pathway to Progression

Course Content

The course is designed to provide a wide range of practical learning experiences including careers and work preparation. It is flexible; learners may enrol throughout the year and will receive support from a personal tutor and mentor. If you are under 19 and uncertain about what to do, have few if any qualifications, this practical course could be for you. You will study at level 1:

  • Sport

  • IT, Maths and English

  • Healthy lifestyles

  • Personal development

Jobs and Careers

Throughout this course you will research job opportunities and career routes as well as further study options.
