Course Content
The course has been designed to develop and recognise learners' understanding of working within the IT sector. It accredits achievements in a modern, practical way that is relevant in a work context. It also provides opportunities to improve on essential and personal skills. The course will typically cover the following areas:
- Improving productivity using IT
- Using software packages
- Working with people and in teams
- Work and employabilty skills
Jobs and Careers
You will develop a good basic knowledge of career opportunities in the business and IT area.
