Kidderminster College students team up with Wyre Forest District Council

Kidderminster College students have been working with Wyre Forest District Council to attract visitors to Brintons Park by creating, making and installing bird boxes throughout the park.  The students, who have learning difficulties, are on their second year of a City and Guilds qualification in employability and personal development, and they completed the community project as part of their course.  Student Tamsin Shaw enjoyed the project as "it has really shown us what a difference team work can make."  Conservative councillor Tracey Onslow hopes the new bird boxes will "attract visitors of both the human and feathered variety."
